Steve Hawes
Founder at Go & Give, and former co-founder of HN Capital, brought Five Guys Burger and Fries franchise to Utah, Idaho, Oklahoma, and California. Also, started HN Development and HH Construction a real estate development and construction firm. BA in English from Brigham Young University, and an MBA from Duke University.
Chief Operating Officer
Warren Owens
Dr. Owens is responsible for technology, finance, HR, payment and customer reporting.
He is also serving as the President and Chairman of ContractPal, the development arm for Go & Give. With a PHD in Mechanical Engineering (from University of Utah), he spent years in the aerospace industry focusing on the NASA Space Shuttle program.
He has secured 5 US patents, started and sold three businesses, and has served on numerous national advisory boards–including the National Coalition for Healthcare Standards. Plus, he has refereed over 20 Journal Articles, Symposia, and Book Chapters.
Dr. Owens enjoys the guitar, woodworking, and family history research. He is married with five children.
Product Manager
Michael Hamilton
Michael gathers marketplace needs and transforms them into business requirements for product development.
Prior experience included marketing and HR responsibilities for all 34 Five Guys Burgers and Fries locations with over 600 employees. He helped reduce annualized turnover from 186 to 80%. He was also in product management at Amazon and an Associate Director at HN Capital.
Mr Hamilton holds a BS in International Business and an MBA from Brigham Young University (was also the Student Body Vice President and Executive Vice President). He enjoys golf, boating, skiing, and ticklin’ the piano ivorys, or rockin his DW drums. He is married with three children.
Chief Technical Officer
David Martineau
Mr. Martineau manages software development, QA, and maintenance of the underlying technologies used to support the Go & Give technology.
He is also the CTO of ContractPal, a cloud solutions provider (SAAS, PAAS). He also worked as a web developer for Sundance Homes, a senior technology integration specialist for ILumin Corporation, a database developer for OneNetwork Inc., and a Computer Support specialist for Brigham Young University developing database applications.
Mr. Martineau holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Physics (1998) from Brigham Young University. He enjoys gardening, hiking, and reading. He is married with six children.
Lead Developer
TJ Kessinger
TJ is the Lead Developer at Go & Give. Armed with a background in computer science and oversees the strategic direction and implementation of the company’s flagship products, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate vision into reality.
He designs user-friendly interfaces, optimizes backend systems, and integrates the latest advancements in technology.
Marketing Manager
Patricia M. Heyssel
Patricia works on marketing social media, SEO, newsletter, systems and content. She is also a project manager with different fundraiser groups to get them setup with the program and market to their groups. She got her undergraduate Anthropology degree from Mercyhurst University in Pennsylvania, and is currently pursuing an MBA from University of Maryland.
Prior to Go & Give, she worked in marketing within the financial industry (web design, SEO, direct response and design), and was a freelance writer. You’ll often see Patricia covered in Kansas City Chiefs paraphernalia while rockin’ the tunes in her Zumba class.
Marketing Manager
Tehya Jensen
Tehya is part of the marketing fundraiser account management team. She is currently working on her BS degree in Digital Marketing from Utah Valley University. Prior, she worked in marketing for Gift Hounds, doing market research and product launches, and was a brand ambassador engaging with over 150 clients to create a community around the brand.
She was also in digital marketing at Give-o-Give, and she concentrated on SEO, event management, and social media. Tehya is a genuine Idaho cowgirl, who helped condition horses and competed on her high school rodeo team.

Sierra Escobedo
Sierra is the marketing and fundraising account manager at Go & Give. She is responsible for cultivating client relationships and ensuring that fundraising efforts are strategic, sustainable, and aligned with the organization’s mission and values.
She also plays a critical role in driving successful marketing campaigns, maintaining client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth and success of both Go & Give and its client organizations.
Sierra holds a BA in English and graduated from the University of Texas. Sierra enjoys dancing, cycling, and hiking. Sierra once watched a movie with the actress Anne Hathaway just a few seats away in the premier showing.

Ted Finch
As a VP and co-founder, Ted built the world’s largest high-tech launch company with over 600 clients: Including Microsoft, HP, Adobe, Intel, AOL, Autodesk, WordPerfect, Lotus, IBM, Sony, Disney, Boeing, Dell, Survey Monkey, 3M, NEC, Epson, and Apple.
He was a VP Marketing at Goldmine, a Sr. VP Marketing at Motorola, VP Marketing at HarCourt (Sea World, Neiman Marcus, General Theaters, Harcourt Education), VP Marketing at GE, headed the marketing team that published AOL, and Netscape, and helped form Red Storm with Tom Clancy.
Quoted in over 100 books and publications, he sits on the board of advisors for numerous tech companies. He married a “Peruvian Princess,” and has five kids. He is an active cyclist, and was unknowingly two sit ups off the world record.
